Hello again folks, today is time for the new Motorola RAZR2 V8 (hello moto:D). The desktop is not much diferent than the desktop in our last model that I described, TFT with 262.144 colours (18bit) with the resolution of 240x320 pixels. The cam isn`t so good how I expected, with 1,90 megapixels, but for a mobile phone it`s good. The memory of 480 MB is enough and there is the support for microSD cards. All motorolas from the series Vx are good, this is a good reason too buy this model, but the price is something like discutable.

Samsung D900

The new Samsung D900. I personaly don`t perfer phones with moveable cases (they breake and you can throw it in trash). The desktop is TFT, 18 bit with 262.144 colours and resolution of 240x320 pixels, but it`s very sensible (breakable). Speakers are mono, so if you love phones that are good for music this isn`t for you (but if the alone phone has mono speakers, this isn`t anything that good headphones can`t fix) and you have the support for MP3 sure. The camera is good, but you have seen far better`s too on phones, this one has 3,14 megapixels with resolution of 2048x1536. Intern memory is high, like on every phone from series Dxxx, now it is 80 MB, but you can use the micro SD card (Trans Flash). All in all, a good phone, not so good compairing too others that I described, but for the price of 275$ you will get a good phone. ©

Supported formats: AAC, MP3, WMA

Memory:80GB + micro SD cards

Nokia N95

Now I will describe the new Nokia N95. It`s a “bit” newer than models that I described earlier. I`m not a big fan of Nokia models, but they always say that these models conect at best, and there is the support for Symbian, wich this phone has too. The desktop is TFT
(24-bit) 16.777.216 colours with resolution of: 320x240 pixels. Now is better to buy a phone than a digital cam, looking at this model, it`s camera has 5 megapixels, wich is more than enough (if you buy a phone you can use it for phone purposes and as a dig cam, what you can`t do with with a specialized dig cam). Weight of 120g is for me very good (it isn`t too heavy and it`s not too light). Price of the phone is around 650 to 700 $, I don`t know precisly. My opinion: if you want a laptop, a digital camera and a phone in one small device...buy it!

Sony Ericsson W810

It`s a 3G phone with a rotating case, with 470 MB of intern memory (wich is more than enough), and you have the support for SD Pro cards with capacity of 4GB (there are smaller versions too. There are more welcoming news too, the remote contrloer on the cable of speakers, you will apericiate the GeForce graphic procesor, the first on mobile phones. I can only say, a good phone if you have the money, if not, stay by W810 wich is more than good. If you have questions, just ask!

Supported formats:MP3, AAC

Memory:20MB + 512MB (MS Duo Pro)

Sony Ericson W900

W810 gives us many news compairing to our (at least my`s) favourite W550. Everyone will like the elegant black, and good news are the redisigned walkman tasters (it isn`s good news for those with thick fingers), support for EDGE and the RSS reader. The desktop is better too, now with more light.
If you are a demanding buyer with not very much money, this phone should be yours. My experience with it is very good, if you need something, just ask.

Nokia N90

One of the many Nokia models, wich gives all newest technologies on one place:it`s a smartphon, 3G phone, an ambitious photomobile, a multimedial and musical phone. The reproduction of music is (sadly) trusted to the real player, but the speaker is something more ambitious. This should be the first mobile phone wich should support Microsofts WMA format, but nothing of this, we will leave WMA to the models such as Nokia N91 (I will describe it too, but later).

Supported formats: MP3 AAC, Real Audio, WAV

Memory: 27 MB+64 MB (RS-MMC)

Mob-phones with MP3 players, does any one buy them?

Many phones support MP3 musicfor their ringtone, but they don`t have a MP3 player, we only say so because they don`t have enough memory. If you have a phone with a very small memory you can cut out a part of the song with programs such as Audacity (http:/audacity.sourceforge.net, it`s freeware).
Yes, many people buy such phones, they can use them for two purposes:
-a normal phone
-in the exchange of a true MP3 player. Many phones with MP3 players can use the SD mini cards with memory to 1GB.

Introduction

In front of your eyes, mobile phones are transforming into lap-tops.

Earlier, we used mobile phones only for calls, then we got SMS. SMS is a way of contacting people with textual messages. Going more into the future, we have web searchers on our phones, digital cam`s, mp3 players, more workspace, some phones are loosing their butonns and we have touch-sensitive phones.

This is only an introduction, but we will not talk about how our phones evolueated, I will talk about new phone models, advices on wich phone is for you!
